Saturnesque was one of those pieces I manically made one day. It started with a random scrap metal find, in the form of a steel rim from an unidentified (may have even flown once) object. I had turned the rimu years before and dug it out of a box of seasoning spheres. The seat is not the most elegant thing I ever made, but I chose to keep it all as it was when I finally sat down for a beer that day, to stare at what I'd made and contemplate the massive methane surf on one of Saturn's moons!
